There is a lot of help you can get, when you are working on your business idea or is a newly started business. Here, we link to some of the places where you can find help. 


Student incubators

Many educational institutions have student incubators - open to students who are, or want to work as, entrepreneurs.


Venture Cup

Venture Cup is the largest idea competition in Scandinavia for university students. The competition consists of several stages, where teams submit their idea or project and will be judged by a professional jury. During the competition, ideas wil be developed into business plans. For each stage of the competition, different prizes are awarded and more than half a million euros have been awarded across Scandinavia.


Danish Tech Challenge 

Danish Tech Challenge is the leading acceleratorprogramme in Denmark for hardware startups. 20 hardware startups will be picked each year to be a part of a 4 month programme where they will receive mentoring, mentorteams, be exposed for investors and have the opportunity to be the winner of Industriens Fonds Iværksætterpris and 500.000 DKK.


Dansk Erhverv for Entrepreneurs

Dansk Erhverv offers one year free Entrepreneurship membership. Members get access to a number of services from the Danish Chamber of Commerce, including invitations to events, courses on e.g. marketing and HR, the Danish Chamber of Commerce's standard contracts and much more.


Every year, the Innovation Fund distributes funds for new initiatives that create growth and jobs through knowledge. Programs that Micro Grant recipients can apply for:

Entrepreneur membership of DI

As a startup member of DI (The Confederation of Danish Industry) you get one year´s free membership and can continue with a regular membership afterwards. As a member, you company can us the services of DI such as help with export and international expansion, HR legal advice, and participation in networks and events, where you can meet the other 18,000 members of DI.

Boost your idea

A website developed by the Danish Patent and Trademark Office together with the The Danish Foundation for Entrepreneurship and is a website specifically aimed at teachers and students who are engaged in innovation and entrepreneurship.
